控制系统采用成熟的PLC，采用模块化设计。每台分机控制16个打磨头，可根据用户需要设计完成16、32、48、96头的打磨列车。各分机与主机之间通过工业以太网实现数据及控制指令传输。控制系统还具有全方位的故障预警和保护功能，具有通信及调试接口。
